Terms of Service

Subkonnect provides a digital wallet and related services that allow users to purchase airtime, data, pay bills such as cable TV and electricity, and access other digital products offered on our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Nigerian law to use Subkonnect. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised, abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

When you fund your wallet or buy a service, you authorize Subkonnect to process the transaction with the relevant network, biller, or partner.

• Transaction success depends on accurate details such as phone number, meter number, or smartcard number
• Prices, availability, and delivery times may vary by network or service provider
• Completed successful purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a failed or duplicate delivery
• We may set transaction limits for security, compliance, or operational reasons

Wallet balances can be used only for available Subkonnect services unless we state otherwise. Funding methods may include bank transfer or other payment options we enable from time to time.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, telecom networks, or third-party billers outside our reasonable control.

You agree not to use Subkonnect to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Commit fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform security, uptime, or other users
• Provide false identity, payment, or beneficiary information
• Resell services in a way that violates partner or network rules

Some services may include service fees, discounts, or promotional pricing. Applicable charges will be shown before you confirm a transaction where possible. We may update fees with reasonable notice.

All Subkonnect branding, software, content, and design remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials without prior written permission.

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every third-party network or biller will process a request without delay.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subkonnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction.

You may stop using Subkonnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or as required for legal or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Subkonnect after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when updates are published.
